Schedule

  • All regular classes are 45 min. Small group classes are 1 hour.
  • Classes must be booked in advance on the MINDBODY app, no walk-ins will be allowed.
  • Regular classes will be capped at 15 people or less. You may add yourself to the waitlist if a class is full.
  • Participants must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, contact us for more information about personal training.

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
  • 5 PM small group: pads with Kathy
  • 6:30 PM boxing with Kathy

TUESDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Jaime
  • 5:30 PM strength & conditioning with Jaime
  • 6:30 PM small group: advanced boxing with Jaime

WEDNESDAY

  • 6:30 AM full-body HIIT with Amy
  • 8 AM small group: pads with Christian
  • 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
  • 5:30 PM bag class with Annie
  • 6:30 PM small group: pads/fighters with Jaime & Kathy

THURSDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Tracy
  • 5 PM small group: pads with Meghan
  • 6:30 PM bag class with Gretchen

FRIDAY

  • 8 AM small group: pads with Amy
  • 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
  • 5:30 PM boxing (rotating instructor)

SATURDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Tracy
  • 12 PM open gym with Melissa

SUNDAY
