Boxing (All Levels)
Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this authentic boxing workout focuses on a variety of boxing drills including footwork, shadow boxing, and bag work. This class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine-tuning boxing fundamentals. 45 min class.

Circuit style full-body exercises and cardio. All levels. 45 min class.
