Highly trained USA boxing coaches led by four-time world boxing champion Jaime Clampitt Hayes will help you reach your fitness goals --- even if you've never set foot in a boxing ring.

Boxing (All Levels)

Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this authentic boxing workout focuses on a variety of boxing drills including footwork, shadow boxing and bag work. Class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine-tuning boxing fundamentals. 45 min class.

Full Body HIIT

Our full-body HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class is suitable for all levels and follows a circuit style format combining strength and cardio exercises to help you improve your endurance and build strength. The perfect class for someone looking to get an upper and lower body workout as well as a core workout, all in one. 45 min class.

Small Group: Fitness

Full-body workout class with a focus on strength. Class will combine a wide variety of strength-based exercises designed to help build and strengthen both the upper and lower body. Personalized training plans available for fighters depending on what the individual needs. Class will be limited to 6 participants to increase intensity and provide a more specialized, one-on-one training environment.

Small Group: Fitness Boxing

Intermediate level boxing class that combines bag work with strength and HITT (high-intensity interval training) exercises. The perfect class for someone who is looking to improve endurance and build strength while still getting a full-body workout. Class will be limited to 6 participants to increase intensity and provide a more specialized, one-on-one training environment.

Small Group: Intermediate Boxing

Intermediate level class focused on boxing techniques while still providing a great workout. Drills will center around footwork, pad work with an instructor and/or a partner, bag drills and some light sparring exercises. Class will be limited to 6 participants to increase intensity and provide a more specialized, one-on-one training environment.

Small Group: Advanced Boxing

Advanced level boxing class focused on sparring and full-body contact. Enhance your skills, develop better reaction time and gain experience by getting in the ring with different opponents. Class will be limited to 6 participants to increase intensity and provide a more specialized, one-on-one training environment. Headgear and mouthpiece required.

Small Group: Pads

Intermediate level boxing class with a focus on pad work. If you're looking to improve hand speed, reaction time and/or punching power, this class is for you. Pad work will be done with an instructor and/or a partner. Class will be limited to 6 participants to increase intensity and provide a more specialized, one-on-one training environment.

Fighters Training Only

Advanced sparring class for fighters only. Participants must have a USA boxing book, mouthpiece and headgear.
