Classes
From beginners to more advanced boxers and athletes, our classes feature a unique mix of HIIT, bag drills, ring work, cardio, weights/plyometrics and a supportive community of boxing and fitness experts who will make you work hard and SWEAT! Participants must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, contact us for more information about personal training.

Boxing classes
Highly trained USA boxing coaches led by four-time world boxing champion Jaime Clampitt Hayes will help you reach your fitness goals --- even if you've never set foot in a boxing ring.

Personal training
We offer personal fitness training, 1:1 boxing sessions and small group training. Contact us for more information and or to schedule a session with one of our trainers.

Boxing (All Levels)
Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this authentic boxing workout focuses on a variety of boxing drills including footwork, shadow boxing and bag work. Class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine-tuning boxing fundamentals. 45 min class.
Bag Class
Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this boxing workout focuses on bag work with strength/cardio transitions in between rounds of bag work. Class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine-tuning boxing fundamentals through bag work. Class is 45 min and boxing gloves and hand wraps are needed.
Full Body HIIT
Our full-body HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class is suitable for all levels and follows a circuit style format combining strength and cardio exercises to help you improve your endurance and build strength. The perfect class for someone looking to get an upper and lower body workout as well as a core workout, all in one. 45 min class.
Strength & Conditioning
This class follows a circuit-style format, combining a variety of strength and cardio exercises for a great full-body workout. If you're looking to improve your endurance and build up your strength, this class is for you. Class is 45 min and suitable for all levels.
Small Group: Advanced Boxing
Advanced level boxing class focused on sparring and full-body contact. Enhance your skills, develop better reaction time and gain experience by getting in the ring with different opponents. Class will be limited to 6 participants to increase intensity and provide a more specialized, one-on-one training environment. Headgear and mouthpiece required.
Small Group: Pads
Intermediate level boxing class with a focus on pad work. If you're looking to improve hand speed, reaction time and/or punching power, this class is for you. Pad work will be done with an instructor and/or a partner. Class will be limited to 6 participants to increase intensity and provide a more specialized, one-on-one training environment.
Small Group: Strength & Mobility
This small group weight training class emphasizes proper form and mobility to expand one's range of motion as well as increase strength in those ranges. Suitable for beginner and advanced lifters, this full-body workout will increase your strength, core stability, and movement capacity.
Fighters Training Only
Advanced sparring class for fighters only. Participants must have a USA boxing book, mouthpiece and headgear.
