Classes

From beginners to more advanced boxers and athletes, our classes feature a unique mix of HIIT, bag drills, ring work, cardio, weights/plyometrics, and a supportive community of boxing and fitness experts who will make you work hard and SWEAT! Participants must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, contact us for more information about personal training.

Highly trained USA boxing coaches led by four-time world boxing champion Jaime Clampitt Hayes will help you reach your fitness goals --- even if you've never set foot in a boxing ring.

Fitness classes

We offer a unique mix of cardio, strength and HIIT classes that will focus on total body tone --- upper body, lower body and core for results you can see and feel!

Boxing (All Levels)

Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this authentic boxing workout focuses on a variety of boxing drills including footwork, shadow boxing and bag work. Class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine-tuning boxing fundamentals. 45 min class.

Boxing: Bag Class

Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this boxing workout is 8-10 rounds of partnered bag drills with plyo transitions in between rounds. Class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine-tuning boxing fundamentals. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required. 45 min class.

Boxing: Drills

Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this workout focuses on a variety of boxing fundamentals including footwork, punching, blocking, and bag work. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required. 45 min class.

Boxing: Pads with Partners

This class is designed to improve hand speed, reaction time, and pad work with a partner. The class will be structured such that each person holds and hits pads for at least 4 rounds with ab work in between rounds. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required. 45 min class.

Boxing: Beginner Sparring

Intermediate-level boxing class geared toward enhancing your fundamentals and developing better reaction time. Gain experience by getting in the ring with different opponents for light easy rounds. A coach will be in the ring at all times with boxers. Headgear and mouthpiece required. 30 min class.

Small Group: Advanced Boxing

Advanced level boxing class focused on sparring and full-body contact. Enhance your skills, develop better reaction time and gain experience by getting in the ring with different opponents. Class will be limited to 6 participants to increase intensity and provide a more specialized, one-on-one training environment. Headgear and mouthpiece required.

Men's Sparring Night

On the third Friday of every month, men's only sparring night. Gain experience and sharpen your skills by getting in the ring with different opponents. Our stall will pair individuals with similar levels of comfort, to ensure safety and a positive experience. A coach will be present at all times. Headgear and mouthpiece are required. 45 min class.

Boxing & Brews

On the first Friday of every month, join us for boxing and brews. Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this class combines pad work, bag drills, and plyo exercises into a killer workout. Head over to Apponaug Brewery after class for some brews and bites. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required.

Fighters Training Only

Advanced sparring class for fighters only. Participants must have a USA boxing book, mouthpiece, and headgear.

Full Body HIIT

Our full-body HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class is suitable for all levels and follows a circuit style format combining strength and cardio exercises to help you improve your endurance and build strength. The perfect class for someone looking to get an upper and lower body workout as well as a core workout, all in one. 45 min class.

Strength & Conditioning

This class follows a circuit-style format, combining a variety of strength and cardio exercises for a great full-body workout. If you're looking to improve your endurance and build up your strength, this class is for you. Class is 45 min and suitable for all levels.
