Schedule
- All regular classes are 45 min. Small group classes are 1 hour.
- Classes must be booked in advance on the MINDBODY app, no walk-ins will be allowed.
- Regular classes will be capped at 10 people or less. You may add yourself to the waitlist if a class is full.

- 5 PM small group: pads with Kathy
- 6:30 PM boxing with Kathy
TUESDAY
- 9:30 AM boxing with Jaime

- 6:30 PM small group: intermediate boxing with Gretchen
WEDNESDAY
- 6:30 AM full body HIIT with Amy
- 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
- 5 PM boxing with Annie
- 6:30 PM fighters training only with Jaime and Kathy
THURSDAY
- 9:30 AM boxing with Tracy
- 5 PM small group: intermediate boxing with Meghan
- 6:30 PM boxing with Meghan
FRIDAY
- 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
- 5:30 PM boxing with Jaime
- 6:30 PM small group: advanced boxing with Jaime

- 8 AM small group: fitness boxing with Tracy
