  • All regular classes are 45 min. Small group classes are 1 hour.
  • Classes must be booked in advance on the MINDBODY app, no walk-ins will be allowed.
  • Regular classes will be capped at 10 people or less. You may add yourself to the waitlist if a class is full.

WEDNESDAY

  • 6:30 AM full body HIIT with Amy
  • 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
  • 5 PM boxing with Annie
  • 6:30 PM fighters training only with Jaime and Kathy

THURSDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Tracy
  • 5 PM small group: intermediate boxing with Meghan
  • 6:30 PM boxing with Meghan

FRIDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
  • 5:30 PM boxing with Jaime
  • 6:30 PM small group: advanced boxing with Jaime

SATURDAY

  • 8 AM small group: fitness boxing with Tracy

SUNDAY

9:30 AM fighters training only with Jaime and Kathy
