Schedule

  • All classes are 45 min.
  • Classes must be booked in advance on the MINDBODY app, no walk-ins will be allowed.
  • You will be limited to booking no more than 3 classes per week.
  • Classes will be capped at 10 people or less. You may add yourself to the waitlist if a class is full.

  • 7 AM fitness small group with Amy
  • 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
  • 5 PM boxing small group with Kathy
  • 6:30 PM boxing with Kathy

TUESDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Jaime
  • 5 PM boxing with Gretchen

WEDNESDAY

  • 7 AM full body bootcamp with Amy
  • 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
  • 6:30 PM boxing with Tracy

THURSDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Tracy
  • 6:30 PM boxing with Meghan

FRIDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Amy
  • 5:30 PM boxing with Jaime

SATURDAY

  • 9:30 AM boxing with Jaime
